This run checked official-first sources before looking at trackers, Reddit, YouTube, and public demand surfaces.
- Official Roblox game page: the source of record for the live experience, the currently verified `WORLDCUP` code, and the weekly leaderboard and boost-event wording rechecked on July 16, 2026.
- Rolimon's mirror still matched the same current update wording in the July 16, 2026 spot check, which helped confirm that the public update cluster is still weekly leaderboards rather than a new creator-named patch.
- Official Discord invite surface: still public on July 16, 2026, and treated as a verified creator-owned link surface.
- Public search checks still did not surface an official Gym Star Simulator Trello board or creator-owned wiki on July 16, 2026.
- Community wiki demand surface: Google still surfaced the public `Gym Star Simulator Wiki | Fandom` on July 16, 2026, including pages such as `Worlds (Gyms)`, `Eggs and Boxes`, and `Muscle Factory`. It is useful as a player-edited reference, but not as an official source of record.

- Claim-state correction: because the creator-owned Roblox page no longer advertises `OVERDRIVE`, this run moved `OVERDRIVE` out of the verified bucket instead of pretending the old official proof was still current.
- Reward and status conflicts were kept visible instead of normalized away: `AURA`, `SWEATMAX`, `STALCRY`, and several older names such as `HALLOWEEN`, `NEWWORLD`, `RICH`, `STAMINA`, and `STRENGTH` all still needed explicit state labels.
- Expired coverage stayed narrow where the same older code names still appeared in tracker expired rows without current creator-owned confirmation, including `SUPERHERO` and `SHELL`.
- YouTube, guide-site SERPs, and the live Discord invite were used as demand and freshness signals on July 16, not as a source of record for exact rewards or permanent rankings.
- Current YouTube result pages still surfaced recent `Muscle Factory`, `Factory Gym`, and `weekly leaderboards` phrasing, which is why both update-watch routes remain justified without inventing hidden patch details.
